Regarding the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks, we wanted to take a moment to assure you that we plan to remain open during our usual business hours. However, if our own team members are impacted due to illness, our services could become limited. (We will keep you posted if that happens.)
We are taking additional steps to continue to provide a safe and clean environment:
• We have asked our team to refrain from shaking hands, but we will wave to you and treat you with our usual courtesy.
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces throughout our facility.
• As always, exam rooms are disinfected between patients with a healthcare grade disinfectant and completely sanitized at the end of each day.
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and local authorities to ensure we take appropriate measures at our facility. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
