Andrea B. (aka Drea) joined us in June of 2021. She was born and raised in Arizona and has always loved taking care of animals. She always knew she wanted to help animals in any way. In her free time, she loves to dance, play with her car, and play with her dogs.

Gabby was raised in California and moved to Arizona in 2012. When growing up, she always knew she wanted to work in the medical field and had a passion for animals—so she combined the two! Less than 2 years after graduating high school, she earned her Veterinary Assistant Certification from Pima Medical Institute and has been working with animals ever since. She is always working on furthering her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine. Gabby has 3 fur babies (Ruffus, Subi, and Eevee) and a bird named Taco. When she’s not working she enjoys outdoor activities, road trips, and cuddling with her pets.

Vivianna is from Idaho and moved to Arizona in 2005. She graduated from Carrington College in 2019 and absolutely loves working in the veterinary field. In her free time she likes to paint and hang out with friends and family. Vivianna has 2 cats, Nova and Destiny, and 1 dog, Amaya.

Mady was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 2010. She completed the veterinary assistant program at West-Mec in 2020, and has been working in the veterinary field ever since. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. Mady has 4 huskies (Yeti, Grizzly, Juneau and Lumi), a bearded dragon and a bunny.

Lizzy joined Gentle Hearts Animal Hospital in April of 2024. She was born and raised in Arizona. Lizzy obtained her associates in Arts & General Education in 2017 and graduated from PIMA with a Vet Assistant Certificate in 2018. Our Receptionists

Kim moved to Arizona in the fall of 2018 from Pennsylvania. She has enjoyed working at a couple of veterinary hospitals since 2004. She likes working with animals and enjoys the different pet names clients come up with. Kim and her husband, Tim, had two fur babies—Zoe the Weimaraner and Jade the German Shorthaired Pointer/Border Collie Mix. They loved to play with tennis balls and go for long walks. In Kim’s free time, she enjoys golfing and bowling. She also enjoys doing charitable work with the Elks Lodge and visiting Elks Lodges around the United States with her husband.

Sirena moved to Arizona from California in 2017, joined Gentle Hearts Animal Hospital in September 2021 and has been in the veterinary field for 27 years. She has worked in all areas of the veterinary hospital but finds herself most at home in reception, where she can help enrich the bond between pets and their people through client education with a gentle approach. In her spare time, Sirena enjoys going to the drag races or just hanging out with her husband and two bulldogs, Hemi and Donovan.

Cindy joined the Gentle Hearts Animal Hospital in February 2021. After a long career as a Registered Veterinary Technician, Cindy decided to take on a new role. Whether it is scheduling your appointment on the phone or greeting you as you enter our lobby, Cindy is here to take care of you and your fur babies at the reception desk. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and relaxing. Cindy shares her home with her husband and her cats, Mike and Sulley.
